How to Use:
To search for a doctor by name, enter the name of the doctor into the field and verify that the correct button is checked, depending on whether you're searching by first or last name. This search uses a "wildcard" feature. Thus, if you only enter "rob" for a last name search, you will get any results in which the last name contains those three letters consecutively (i.e., Robinson, Strobe, etc.). Simply click the SEARCH button after entering your search string and browse the results displayed.

Alternately, you may search for your doctor by city, county, or zip code. Simply enter your city, county, or zip into the search field and verify that the correct button is checked, based upon how you are searching. Click the SEARCH button after entering your search string and browse the results displayed.
